21 October 2021: A symbolic day…
About 200 years ago, Greeks abroad had a strong presence in the struggle for Greek independence.
Today, Greece is engaged once more in a struggle, amid new problems at home and abroad.
The challenges, but also the opportunities, are great. In this national effort for prosperity and progress, the forces of Hellenism need to be called up. The front line not only has room for, but also needs as never before, Greeks everywhere.
The Greeks Are Back aims to enable Greeks working as senior executives abroad to contribute to this national effort: Making Greece an attractive investment destination.
Next October 21, 2021, Greek senior executives of large multinational companies from various parts of the world will gather in Athens to submit their own concrete proposals for improving the framework for foreign investment in Greece.
This conference will carry symbolic weight, but primarily aims to produce substance.
