Alexis Perakis Valat

Alexis Perakis-Valat is a Franco-Greek HEC graduate who began his career with L’Oréal as Product Manager for L’Oréal Paris in 1995. He then occupied various General Manager assignments in Belgium, Spain and the United States for the Consumer Products Division business units of the L’Oréal Group.

From 2005 to 2008, he was General Manager of L’Oréal in Germany before returning to France as Managing Director for the Consumer Products Division in Europe. In September 2010, he was appointed CEO of L’Oréal in China and became Executive Vice-President for the Asia Pacific Zone and a member of the L’Oréal Executive Committee in July 2013. Alexis was appointed President of the Consumer Products Division in 2016.
