Antonios Panagiotopoulos specializes in environmental, social and governance risk and performance analysis of listed equities in the energy industry. Additionally, he is a member of the MSCI committee focused on carbon methodology and conducts research on climate-related data and solutions. Outside work, Antonios is the general secretary of the Greek Energy Forum (GEF), a not for profit professional organization.
Antonios has extensive experience in the energy sector — and specifically the refining, petrochemical and shipping segments — in previous positions in London and Houston. He holds an M.S. in energy trade and finance from Bayes Business School in London and a B.A. degree in international relations from the University of the Aegean.
