Clairy is the Group Head of Customer, Brand and Market Insights at Zurich Insurance Company, having previously worked at McKinsey, Shell and Eurobank She is a change agent, inspiring action and driving strategy to build a better tomorrow. With over 20 years of professional experience in different countries, companies and cultural environments, she has led teams on strategy, M&A, transformation and customer experience.
Clairy is a strong believer in purposed-led companies with a growth mindset. She is using leadership, insights and data to connect the dots between strategy and implementation and transform the way companies conduct business. Clairy is passionate about involving multiple stakeholders and teams on a common journey to execute strategy for utmost impact.
She holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (ΕΜΠ Greece), an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (The Netherlands) and has also studied in Politecnico di Milano (Italy). She is a frequent presenter in universities and conferences. She has lived many years in Greece, Italy, The Netherlands and now Switzerland. She is fluent in Greek, English, Italian, proficient in French and has a good knowledge of German. She is married and the proud mother of twin 12-year-old boys.
