Dimitris leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio & Location Strategy practice across EMEA, advising corporates on where in the world, where in the city to locate their operations, and on how to optimize their real estate footprint from talent, real estate and business strategy perspective.
Dimitris draws from 15 years of experience in strategy consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, PwC and The Earth Institute, leading large scale consulting engagements for corporate and private equity clients on location advisory, real estate portfolio planning, go-to-market and operations strategy as well as commercial due diligence across Europe, US and Asia. He has led thought leadership on real estate trends, location strategy & future of workplace, published in global journals such as the Corporate Real Estate Journal and RIBA press. Key clients Dimitris has advised include Facebook, Microsoft, Intel, IBM, MetLife, Rolls-Royce, Ford, Sky, Vodafone, WeWork, Target Corp, UK Ministry of Justice, Permira, Silver Lake.
Dimitris is a trained architect and an urban designer with an MSc from Columbia University and an MBA from HKUST. He grew up in Kozani, Greece and he is currently based in London. In the past, he lived and worked in New York, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Zurich.
