Efstratia currently leads the Standard Factory Global for the international scaling of PowerCo. SE for the international scaling of battery cell production within VOLKSWAGEN AG.

She has more than 20 years of management experience and an extensive background within AUDI AG in R&D, Marketing and Sales, Production Technologies, Ramp-Up of Production Sites as well as in Process Management and Digitalization of complex System Solutions within the Automotive Industry worldwide, with the clear objectives of environmental sustainability, economic growth and customer satisfaction. She is a dedicated pioneer for performance-driven and measurable transformation along the entire value stream (Smart Factory and Artificial Intelligence). At the interface between customer, market and brand, she has set the course for future strategies in China, Japan, South Korea, USA and Europe, for example, as head of market and trend research.

She holds a Mechanical Engineering Master’s degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and a Dr.-Ing. PhD from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
