George Roussos

George Roussos is a senior finance professional with over 15 years of experience in finance function across different areas of tax, accounting & controlling, finance transformation, commercial finance, and business performance strategy. Currently, he is leading Dyson finance operations for Northern Europe Cluster (Benelux, Nordics, GB&I) based in Amsterdam. Before that, he was in Diageo for 8 years in several roles, the most recent one as Head of Marketing Finance and Strategy for Northern Europe. George has gain experience in deferent industries such as Telecoms (Huawei), Bank Assurance (CNP Assurances), FMCG (Diageo) in market, regional and global roles.

He holds a bachelor’s in economics from University of Piraeus, MBA from Hellenic American University. Most recently, he got a certificate from Harvard Business School (Online) in Sustainable Business Strategy. He has two boys and passionate about sustainability and talents’ growth offering mentoring to finance graduates.
