Katerina Patavou

With over 10 years of professional public affairs experience, coupled with her legal background, Katerina Patavou is a seasoned EU public affairs expert. She has a thorough understanding of the EU’s stakeholder ecosystem and its policy making intricacies. She is adapt at translating policy objectives into sound advocacy campaigns and developing business strategies. Currently she is the Head of European Public Affairs and Social Impact Strategist for the Panhellenic Union of pharmaceutical Industries. In her current role she acts as the liaison for the association and the EU Institutions and other pharmaceutical trade bodies across Europe.
She is a graduate from the University of Reading with a bachelor degree in Law (LLB) and a masters in EU Law from Kings College London. She develop her passion for politics while working for political institution in New York and the European Parliament in Brussels. She finessed her business acumen during her tenure at Brussels based consultancies Burson Marsteller, DODS Europe and GPlus Europe.
