Having worked in Greece, US, Russia, Thailand, Japan and now in the Netherlands he is driven by diversity & inclusion which guides his consistent track-record of building winning local and global teams in complex matrix organizations.

Konstantinos experience is in leading transformational change and consistently delivering growth by improving the wider commercial organization ways of working across marketing, commercial as well as research & innovation teams from strategy to execution.

He is known for his resilience and contagious passion for growing both the business and the people with an ownership mindset. He lives in Amsterdam with his wife Sofia and their three sons.
