Paola Papanicolaou

Paola Papanicolaou holds a degree in economics from the University of Pisa. She has reached Intesa Sanpaolo Group in 2015 with the mission to create the Private Wealth Management Business in Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking Division and lead the FAs network from a financial advisory model to a global advisory model. Her experience in Financial Institutions starts in 2001with focus often on innovative business models. In Citibank Greece she was responsible for the development of Innovative distribution channels, in Monte dei Paschi di Siena she has gone through different positions reaching the role of Commercial Director in the Regions of Toscana, Umbria and Marche and in Generali Group she was Head of Special Projects and then Commercial Director in Private Banking. She has also had an experience as Manager in ATKearney with a specific focus on Telecommunications Industry and had experience as a Senior Project Manager for the Olympic Committees of Athens 2004 and Torino 2006.

Since 2018 she is the Group Head of Innovation in Intesa Sanpaolo with the mission to spread and accelerate innovation within the Group. She is also member of the Investment Committee of Neva Finventures the Group’s VC.
