Sofia Kouzinopoulou

Sofia brings a wealth of experience in organisational development and strategic HR from the tech and media sectors. She spent the first ten years of her career in management consulting; and she has been working as EMEA HR director for Facebook for the last 7 years. In this context she has been an integral part of the company’s incredible journey in the region and has also acted as a mentor to a number of start-ups and small /medium business owners. In addition to her work, Sofia is a passionate advocate for women’s leadership and empowerment.

She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford and she has two amazing daughters Eleana & Melina. As a leader Sofia believes in authenticity, growth mindset and bold thinking. As part of the “Greeks are back” initiative, Sofia is looking to contribute to our thinking & strategy for attracting talents from abroad back to Greece as well as in the development of the tech sector & start up ecosystem in Greece.
