Tasos Vezyridis

Tasos is an Executive Director in CBRE heading the UK & EMEA Research and Consulting team for Retail and Logistics leading the pan-European and UK research programme at a time of enormous change and innovation in both the retail and logistics sectors. He is a member of CBRE’s Global Thought Leadership team also managing an international team across Europe, the Unites States and Asia Pacific. Tasos is an experienced real estate senior executive with in-depth knowledge and know-how on all key commercial property sectors. He has worked on the occupier, the investor/landlord and the agency side of real estate and has obtained significant expertise on all aspects of commercial property.

Before CBRE, Tasos was Head of Research and Strategy at Landsec which is the UK’s biggest Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Previously, he held other positions in Landsec’s Retail portfolio team. Prior to joining Landsec, Tasos worked for five years in Barclays Capital’s Global Corporate Real Estate team in London. Tasos has an MBA from the London Business School, an MSc in Programme and Project Management from the University of Warwick and an MEng/BSc in Engineering from the University of Athens.
