Thomas Vazakas

Thomas is heading the Sustainability Consulting team, at Cushman & Wakefield UK, a leading team across Europe and he is key member of its global sustainability advisory network. He has wide ranging experience on advising both investors and occupiers on ESG and Net Zero strategies, reporting and disclosure at corporate level, with specialist technical knowledge on energy saving opportunities, sustainable design and wellbeing solutions on both new and operational buildings at portfolio and asset level.

For many years, Thomas has been developing and managing ESG and Net Zero strategies for different clients, with the primary objective to embed proactive sustainability management practices across their business activities, from asset management strategies through to site-specific programme development, enabling clients to realise their long-term environmental ambitions and targets.

Thomas also specialises on advising clients on energy saving opportunities and sustainable design on both new and operational buildings. He has great experience in designing and implementing Net Zero strategies and decarbonisation pathways for all building types, at corporate, portfolio and asset level.

Thomas brings his passion for sustainability, net zero carbon and workplace to his work and the teams he works with, to ensure the delivery of successful projects with high-quality and solutions-oriented results.
