Tilemachos Koulouris

Tilemachos Koulouris is a seasoned business leader with 24 years of professional experience in different countries in the Telecommunications, Media & Information Technology industry. He has worked for several industry pioneers, including Siemens, Ericsson, Comverse, Oracle, STL, C3.ai and in various senior positions. He is currently leading Oracle’s Telecommunications & Media business in Europe, helping Service Providers and Enterprises to accelerate their digital transformation journey through integrated communications and cloud solutions. Before rejoining Oracle, he has served as GVP for EMEA & APAC in C3.ai, a leading enterprise AI software provider for building enterprise-scale AI applications.

Tilemachos has a double major BSc in Computer Science & Economics with honors from UWA, an executive MBA from AUEB and he is an alumni of IMD Business School. He speaks English, German and Greek fluently and conversational French and Italian. Tilemachos has published numerous articles in the Greek newspaper, “TA NEA” about Telecommunications’ sales and strategy.
He is an ex-Marathoner, a social volunteer and enjoys at his free time sailing and seasonal mountain ski/bike and golf. Tilemachos is married and a proud father of a son and a daughter.
