Vicky Varfis

Vicky was born in Athens, Greece but grew up and was educated in New York City. Her father’s diplomatic role provided her with many opportunities to travel the world, which sparked her interest in tourism. With more than 25 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the hospitality industry, Vicky has held global roles as the Regional Director Europe of Sales & Marketing at Marriott International and Corporate Vice President of Sales & Revenue for Rotana Hotels & Resorts.

Driven by desire to create she decamped from her hands on in-house hotel corporate roles to cultivate the right side of the brain, creating strategic commercial solutions and offering integrated
design expertise within the hotel industry luxury market. She now owns and manages a creative and branding agency, The Campaign Works Middle East, based in Dubai, UAE, specializing in providing integrated design solutions for the luxury hotel industry.

Her diverse experience has led her worked in various alpha cities worldwide, including the United States, East and West Europe, and the Middle East. She has an exceptional eye for design, an acute sense of style, and a passion for attention to detail.

Vicky holds a B.A in Marketing Management from Deree College in Athens, Greece, and is a certified Sales & Marketing trainer for Marriott International’s S&M School.
