Yannis Nakopoulos is the Global Head of Organizational Development & HR with Kappa Bioscience, a Norwegian leading producer of vitamins and ingredients with commercial activities & operations in 52 countries. Yannis has prior to that approx. 20 years of international experience in the field of Executive Search & Talent Acquisition, Management Audits, Succession Planning, Human Resources Management, as well as Management Consulting with companies such as Siemens, KPMG, Stanton Chase International and ISCO Group, among others. Yannis holds a university degree in Business Administration from the university of Athens, as well as a law degree from the university of Grenoble in France.
